Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each piece in our collection is crafted with care and dispatched with equal attention. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Overview

We ship our jewellery worldwide, ensuring your treasured pieces reach you safely wherever you are.

Standard Delivery

  • India: 5–7 business days
  • South Asia & Southeast Asia: 7–12 business days
  • Europe, North America, Australia: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–20 business days

    Note: If the piece you ordered isn't in the stock for any reason - we take extra 15 -20 days to get it manufactured and deliver at your doorstep.

Express Delivery

  • India: 1–3 business days
  • International: 3–7 business days (varies by country)
  • Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

  All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

 

2. Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders:

- India: Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999

Orders below these thresholds will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on the destination.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India, subject to the following conditions:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and make payment
  • In case of non-acceptance, the order will be returned and future COD eligibility may be restricted

  COD is not available for international orders. International customers may pay via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.


4. Packaging & Handling

Every piece is packaged in our signature jewellery box and wrapped securely to prevent damage during transit. We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

  • All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may require an additional 15-20 business days before dispatch.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmatio once your order has been dispatched.


5. International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, please be aware of the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are NOT included in the order price or shipping fee
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country
  • We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order
  • We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs forms and cannot mark items as gifts to avoid duties

  Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control. We are unable to issue refunds for delays attributable to customs processing.


6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. We would need an unboxing video to help you with the returns.
  • Personalised, engraved or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@sherrijewels.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Please do not ship items back without prior authorisation

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns - we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued as store credits valid for 3 months
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video from the start.
  • A brief description of the issue.
