Refund policy
All Sherri products are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures.
We have a 2 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- Order was damaged in transit. (We will need unboxing video)
- Order was Incorrect. i.e You must have received the wrong product from our end
Refund will only be issued as a CREDIT NOTE and not in the original payment Mode.
Store Credit is valid for 3 Months.
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.
NOTIFY
If you wish to make a return or exchange you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You can go on the link {form link} and submit your return/exchange request by filling the form.
Please note: The exchange item will be delivered in 10-15 days depending on the availability
APPROVAL
Once we receive the request, it is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REVERSE PICK-UP
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If its not possible for you, we will arrange for a pick-up. In case of Return or Exchange of a product, extra Rs. 250 will be levied as shipping charge (pick up and drop).
DISPATCH
Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.
*We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:
- Package lost in shipment
- Package refused by recipient
- Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
- Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase)
- Incorrect delivery address.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
- Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
- After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
- Products that have been returned where the bill is either missing or damaged.
NOTE : There will be no return/exchange for international shipments.
